"I felt so lethargic when I came in… now I’m more in touch with my energy. So positive. Laura, you helped my back pain with one comment.”

About Me
I'm Laura, and I’ve been practising Taoist Qigong and Tai Chi for over 22 years.
I came to Qigong through my own health crises, when I could barely walk. These practices helped me recover—and I’ve taught them ever since to others in the same boat.

I focus on slow, restorative movement and breath, grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Taoist seasonal wisdom. You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need energy to start. You just need to begin.

Why now?
Because you’re ready to feel better.

You don’t need to wait to “be well enough.” You can start today, right here, just as you are. And in a year’s time, you could be so glad you did.
You might be thinking...
“What if I can’t do it all?”
You don’t have to. These practices are modular and can be done lying down, seated, or standing.

“What if I’m too tired?”
Even 5 minutes of breathwork can help. This isn’t about pushing—it’s about supporting your healing.

“I felt so detached and unbalanced when I woke, then after that restorative experience I felt ‘myself’ again.”
